Program Description
Hill Vending Services LLC may send you SMS text messages relating to your inquiry or membership, including but not limited to: appointment reminders, follow-up communications, business updates, promotional offers, and information about our vending coaching and mentorship programs.
Opt-In Consent
By providing your mobile phone number and submitting any form on the Site, checking an opt-in box, or verbally consenting, you agree to receive recurring automated SMS messages from Hill Vending Services LLC. Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and engagement with our team. You may receive up to 5 messages per week. We will never send unsolicited messages unrelated to your inquiry or our services.

All fees for coaching programs, memberships, and digital products are stated at the time of purchase. By enrolling in a payment plan, you authorize Hill Vending Services LLC to charge your payment method on the agreed schedule. Subscription memberships will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled prior to renewal. Late or missed payments on payment plans may result in suspension of access until the account is brought current.
Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate access to coaching materials and community resources upon enrollment, all sales are final. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Our aggregate liability under these Terms will not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
